For artists who are paying their own way, Minted has secured a special group rate of $185/night plus taxes and fees.

Please book your hotel room directly with the hotel at at this link. On the booking page, after selecting your Check In and Check Out dates, our group rate (MNT) will auto-populate under the Rate Preference dropdown.

Note for booking additional nights before or after September 17th- 19th:

If the hotel has availability outside of our event dates of 9/17 and 9/18, our group rate will be honored 3 days pre or post our event date. This rate may not be reflected in your initial booking for the extra dates but please go ahead and complete your booking. We will confirm with the hotel whether the rate is possible, and if so, the rate will be reflected on your total room charges upon check out.

Please note that you have an option to provide a credit card on the “Complete your reservation” page. Your credit card will not be charged until checkout. All attending artists will be responsible for providing a credit card upon check in to cover room costs, incidentals, etc.

You will receive an email with your hotel confirmation number and confirmed dates of stay closer to the event.
